6-Week Lat Focused Training Program
This is a 6-week training program designed to emphasize lat training and overall back development. The program is setup so that week's (1,3,5) will consist of four training days per week, and week's (2,4,6) will consist of five training days per week. Each body part will be trained weekly, however back will receive more attention either directly or indirectly through exercises that also stimulate the muscles of the back. Exercises for each training day will stay the same but alternate weekly, but rep ranges for the given exercises will change. You should follow a progressive overload method, meaning you track your weight and reps for each exercise and try to improve upon them each training session.
A good training program is only one piece to the puzzle. Proper nutrition and recovery will play an important role in maximizing your results from this program. This program can be completed as many times as you would like and should provide you with the necessary structure to make improvement to back development.
In order to complete this program, you will need access to a gym with standard weight training equipment.
